Data Deletion
Instructions for requesting deletion of your Wave Code account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your Wave Code account to support@wavecode.ai with the subject line "Wave Code account deletion request".
What to include
- Your account email address.
- Whether you want account deletion, data export, or both.
- Any payment, wallet, or transaction identifiers relevant to your request.
What will be deleted
We will delete or anonymize account profile data, sign-in metadata, mobile app identifiers, prompt history retained by Wave Code, ad unlock records that are no longer required, and other personal data not needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law, including payment records, tax records, security logs, fraud-prevention records, app store records, and backups until they expire from normal backup rotation.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless additional verification, legal obligations, or technical constraints require more time.
After deletion
Deleting your account may remove access to the Wave Code desktop app, mobile app, ad unlock history, payment history display, and any product settings associated with your account.
