Acceptance

By using Wave Code, you agree to these Terms. If you use Wave Code for a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Service description

Wave Code provides an AI coding agent that can read project context, generate code, edit files, run tools, and help with software development workflows. Some execution may require sponsored-ad completion in the companion mobile app.

Your responsibilities

• Review generated code, diffs, terminal commands, and tool actions before relying on them.
• Do not use Wave Code to break laws, infringe rights, attack systems, distribute malware, or bypass access controls.
• Do not submit confidential information, credentials, personal data, or regulated data unless you have the right to do so and understand the processing involved.
• Maintain backups and version control for your projects.

AI output and tool execution

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for your environment. Terminal commands and file edits may change or damage local projects. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions, testing changes, and deciding whether output is fit for purpose.

Sponsored ads and access

Wave Code may require ad viewing or other sponsored actions to unlock agent execution. We may reject, delay, or invalidate unlocks if fraud, automation, abuse, incomplete viewing, or policy violations are detected.

Payments

If paid features, wallet balances, or billing features are made available, payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and accurate billing information. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the applicable product, app store, or payment processor policy.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to your code and content. Wave Code and its branding, software, design, and service components remain owned by Wave Code or its licensors. You grant us the rights needed to process your prompts and files to provide the service.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue parts of Wave Code at any time. We may update these Terms when the product, law, or business requirements change.

Disclaimer

Wave Code is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that generated code is correct, secure, compliant, non-infringing, or production-ready.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wave Code is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or security incidents caused by your use of generated output or tool execution.
