Before contacting support
- Restart the app and confirm you are on the latest version.
- Check your internet connection and sign-in state.
- If agent execution is waiting, keep the Wave mobile app open until the sponsored ad completes.
- For coding issues, include relevant error messages and the safest minimal reproduction.
Security issues
If you believe you found a security vulnerability, email security@wavecode.ai. Include impact, affected version, and reproduction steps. Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before we have had a reasonable time to investigate.
